Time to reflect on your last conversation:
  • What have your reflections been on your last meeting? (e.g. Did the discussion with the other person spark any new ideas or perspectives for you? Was there something you noticed about yourself?)
  • Did you commit to doing anything after your last conversation? If so, did you do it, how did it go? If not, why not?

New theme:

Origin stories come in many forms: tales of how we entered a profession, personal chronicles explaining how and when we became part of an organization, anecdotes of how we met our significant other, or even how we emerged as a new person after a crisis. Understanding your origin story is not just a trip down memory lane, but a window into the future.

We invite you to explore your story by writing a letter to your future self about what would make you proud when looking back at your life and being a leader.

As we so often overlook what we choose to include (or exclude) in these narratives, use your values as an anchor and below are some questions to guide the exploration:

  • What would I like my family and friends to say about me when I am gone?
  • What would I like my team to say about me when I am not around?
  • How would people describe me today?

Consider this not just a letter to the future, but a roadmap to becoming the leader you aspire to be…
